Neighborhood Service Organization’s (NSO) compassionate and professional staff provides services that have impacted countless children, youth, adults, seniors, families, and communities since 1955.  They deliver holistic care and safety net services to address social determinants impacting health, quality of life and economic stability.

Their mission is to strengthen communities through bold outreach services and holistic programs for vulnerable populations, changing lives one person at a time.

NSO’s empowering programs and services provide assistance for: older adults with mental illness; children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities; individuals suffering housing instability; community outreach for psychiatric emergencies;  integrated health care; community-based complex case management; and volunteer opportunities for individuals, groups, and organizations.
