Community & Home Supports currently administers innovative programs addressing the needs of families in Southeastern Michigan. Their services include assisting families that are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, providing community supports to individuals that are developmentally disabled and providing home care to seniors. Community & Home Supports uses an established community network which includes resources for housing, substance abuse, job development and training, mental health, legal services, health care, counseling and emergency needs.
