Established in 1971, Central City Integrated Health (CCIH) is one of the Midtown Detroit area’s first non-profit community mental health agencies. CCIH provides an integrated array of mental health, housing and substance abuse services, which enhances the consumers’ ability to live productive lives in their community. Since its inception, CCIH has led the way for innovation in community mental health and is a recognized leader in Detroit and Wayne County. CCIH opened a Federally Qualified Health Care Center (FQHC)  in 2013 that offers integrated primary care services which include: physical health, behavioral health, mental health, dental care, and substance abuse as a primary care option at low cost to the consumer.
